Meet Our Trainers


Allison Murphy, MFT

Allison is a clinician, founder and Executive Director of Mothers Care. She is an Adverse Childhood Experience (ACE) Interface Master Trainer and her experience includes instructing at Sonoma State University, consulting, training, and presenting to state and local organizations on the topic of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.

Jennifer Silverstein, LCSW

Jennifer is a California-endorsed Infant Family Mental Health Specialist. She has over 20 years of experience in fostering early childhood mental health and supporting families during the transition into parenthood. She is a frequent lecturer in Sonoma County and is actively involved in community efforts to promote maternal and early childhood mental health through public education and the strengthening of service systems.
